"I just wanted to thank Sundial for the wonderful service I received. I came home last night to find water all over my master bath floor, as well as leaking into my basement, all caused by a faulty nut connection just below the shut-off valve underneath the sink. I was pleasantly surprised when I called at 11pm, thinking I would be leaving a voicemail for a morning call back, but instead reaching a live person at the answering service. I was even more surprised that she not only took my information, she had a plumber call me back in 15 minutes. They even offered to come out that night, but I told him that the next morning would be fine. I got a call right at 8am as promised, and they let me know they had several '1st calls', but that someone would be here between 9am and noon, and they were. The plumber who came was very friendly, professional, and not only fully repaired my problem, but he also took the additional time to answer a couple questions about what I should do if something like this should ever happen again, and even taught me how to shut off my water heater if I ever need to turn off the main water again and how to restart it afterward. I will not only use your service anytime I need to in the future, but I will recommend you to my family and friends as well."
